Integrated and Transformation Strategy

Strength

The strengths behind the strategy introduced for consideration with public and private sector stakeholders includes the cross-cutting benefits to each user or person in civil society.
The strengths for stakeholders in Public Sector organizations or agencies includes the ability to manage the day to day operations with resale or not for profit tax status, into the domestic tax system.
The strengths for stakeholders in Private Sector organizations or agencies includes the tax benefits or credits awarded to a business in contributions for tax deductible credits in annual filings.

Weakness

The challenge and weakness for each person in civil society as it relates to law and enforcement of laws, regardless of the type law.
A weakness in that every stakeholder with international interest focuses on global or international law, while being forced to apply local and state laws before the national part of the domestic tax conversation.

Opportunity

An opportunity exist to reduce the consumption and resource utilization associated with data acquisition and processing.  The individual persons human rights, civil rights and ability to experience the liberties offered to a person in a truly democratic society begins with the transparency and openness of all persons or agents on behalf of an organization or agency each person may have a relationship with and conduct business on behalf of the business entity.
identity and privacy conversations are far from the human rights and civil rights implications to the liberties of all persons in all parts of the world.

Threats

An ongoing reluctance to manage the privacy and identities of all persons as individuals, as members of civil society and an inability to recognize the difference between a persons rights and decision making authority of persons as workers in an agency or organization.
